The Share Your World- writing challenge is brought to us each week by the lovely Cee via her Photography Blog. It consists of 4 questions she makes to get to know each other better.
These are this weeks’s questions:
Would you rather be given $10,000 for your own use or $100,000 to give anonymously to strangers?
This is a tough one because even though the obvious answer for me would be the $100,000 to give away, I don’t like giving money to strangers. I don’t like helping them that way. I prefer helping them in other ways, such as giving them a hand, or providing them with a meal, or a home, or paying their bills or tuition or hospital bills, etc.. but I don’t like handing them money. If I’m allowed to use the money in strangers this way, then I choose that.
When you’re 90 years old, what will matter most to you?
First of all, I don’t know if I’ll make it that far (or even if I want to make it that far), but when I’m really old I’m sure whatever I say now will be different since people change all the time, and in 60 something years my consciousness, my priorities, and my knowledge will be drastically different to how it is now. This is a hard question to answer, but I am going to say that following God’s will and wish will probably always be what matters to me the most even if I fail to do so.
Candy factories of the entire world have become one and will now be making only one kind of candy. Which kind, if you were calling the shots?
Oh, oh… umm… I think I could definitely live with eating Lindt’s dark chocolate with sea salt forever.
So, you’re on your way out and it’s raining. Do you know where your umbrella is or do you frantically search for it all over your apartment/house?
How do you come up with these questions? Anyway… I know where the umbrella is. It’s either inside in a specific spot where I keep it, or in the car.
Readers, feel free to participate by answering one or more of these questions in the comments below! I would love to hear your answers.
I search for these questions. Being an introvert there is no way I could come up with these questions!! 🙂 Habit for Humanity is a great organization. Thanks so much for sharing.
