Green Smoothie


This green smoothie has all kinds of nutritional ingredients that will make your health and body want to give you a high five, and so will your mouth because it tastes yummy too.


The measurements don’t have to be exact, add more or less of any of the ingredients to your preference.

This green smoothie post is less to give you a specific recipe and more to give you inspiration to make your own green smoothie.


The ingredients in this green smoothie included:

  • Half a frozen banana
  • Half an apple
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1 handful of Kale
  • 1 handful of Beet greens
  • 1 piece of Ginger
  • Half stalk of Celery
  • 1/2 cup Honey greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup Green tea
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • Water
