This smoothie is refreshing as it is healthy. You will not regret trying this one out.
Papaya Cucumber Mint Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup papaya
2 big chunks of cucumber
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 whole orange, peeled
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt*
2 tsps honey
5 mint leaves
1/8 cup walnuts
1 1/4 cup cold or iced water
Directions:
Blend all of the ingredients until smooth and enjoy! I use my trusty nutribullet.
*You can substitute the yogurt for coconut yogurt, more frozen banana, ice cubes, non-dairy milk or a combination.
