This pretty looking smoothie will satisfy many of your senses. Featuring mango and raspberries, it’s a perfect summer smoothie to start your day or for a mid-day snack.
Pink Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 cup spring greens, loosely packed
3/4 cup chopped mango, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
2 chunks of carrot
1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt*
1-2 tsps grated ginger
1 tsp flaxseed (optional)
1 cup coconut water
1/4 cup almond milk (or your choice of milk)
Directions:
Blend all of the ingredients until smooth and enjoy! I use my trusty nutribullet.
*You can substitute the yogurt for coconut yogurt, more frozen banana, ice cubes, non-dairy milk or a combination.
