If you love peanut butter and simple recipes, you will love this one. It’s delicious, quick and easy to make. I’d even argue it’s pretty healthy. It’s also great for the warmer months if you are craving something cold yet decadent. This peanut butter chocolate chip fudge is also dairy, soy, and gluten free!
I can’t get over how quick and easy this is. All you need is peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup or honey, salt, and chocolate chips!
Just mix all the ingredients together except the chocolate, pour over a glass pan lined with plastic, then top with the chocolate and freeze!
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Fudge (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free)

Mix the peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and salt in a bowl.
Pour mixture into a plastic-lined freezer-safe container (I used this 8×8 glass pan).

Remove from freezer and cut into squares.
Store in the freezer.
