Filling Cucumber Grape Smoothie

If you are looking for a tasty smoothie that will keep your hunger satiated for a couple hours this is a good one. The addition of avocado and banana and cashews adds a wonderful creaminess and protein kick. 

It doesn’t even contain any added sweetener, so you can enjoy for breakfast without guilt.

Filling Cucumber Grape Smoothie

  • Servings: 1 large smoothie
  • Difficulty: easy

Ingredients: 
1 cup loosely packed spring greens or spinach
1/4 avocado
1/2 frozen banana
1 big chunk of cucumber
3/4 cup red seedless grapes
1/4 cup frozen or fresh mango
10 raw cashews
1 1/2 cups coconut water

Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and enjoy! I use my trusty nutribullet.
