I just love smoothies with cucumber. They add a wonderful freshness to it, and anything with mango is delicious in my book. Then add some banana and some cashews for creaminess and nutritional value and you got yourself a great morning smoothie.
Cucumber Mango Green Smoothie
1 cup loosely packed spinach
1 big chunk of cucumber
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 frozen banana (not frozen will work too)
1/4 cup cashews
Juice of half lime
1 cup cold dragonfruit tea (this is what I had on hand, but you can also use green tea, hibiscus tea, or any other fruity herbal tea)
1/2 cup water
Blend everything together until smooth and enjoy!
