Beet, Grape & Green Tea Smoothie

beet green tea smoothie

This smoothie sure is good looking, really tasty and super healthy.  Green tea benefits have been scientifically proven and are continuing to be researched as researchers rave about their findings.

Its biggest benefit is its high content of catechins which are antioxidants that fight and may even prevent cell damage.

Don’t let the beets scare you but if you must you can leave them out and maybe increase some of the carrot instead.

And let’s not forget about the health benefits of citrus. With orange and lemon additions in this smoothie, your body and your taste buds will thank you.
