This is a wonderful refreshing, health packed smoothie. Featuring the sweetness of tropical fruit like pineapple and mango, the creaminess and protein of cashews, and the hydrating natural electrolytes of coconut water, this one will take you on a daydream trip to a remote island and nourish your body at the same time.
Tropical Celery Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup loosely packed spring greens/spinach mix
1/2 frozen banana
1 celery stalk, chopped in big chunks
1 cup frozen tropical fruit mix (pineapple, mango, strawberries)
10 raw cashews
1/8 cup Goji berries
1 1/4 cup coconut water
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and enjoy! I use my trusty nutribullet.
MMMMM haven’t thought about using coconut water.Our favourite is banana, spinach, pineapple and frozen mango. My children drink that one a lot! In fact I might make one for myself right now….
