Mango Carrot Ginger Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients: mango carrot ginger smoothie
1 cup spring greens, loosely packed
2 big chunks carrots
1/2 cup mango, fresh or frozen
1 tsp ginger, fresh
1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup orange juice or fresh orange
3/4 cup cold or iced water

Directions:
Blend all of the ingredients until smooth and enjoy! I use my trusty nutribullet.

Notes: You can substitute the yogurt for coconut yogurt, banana, ice cubes, non-dairy milk or a combination.
