This green smoothie has all kinds of nutritional ingredients that will make your health and body want to give you a high five, and so will your mouth because it tastes yummy too.

The ingredients in this green smoothie included:
- Half a frozen banana
- Half an apple
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- 1 handful of Kale
- 1 handful of Beet greens
- 1 piece of Ginger
- Half stalk of Celery
- 1/2 cup Honey greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup Green tea
- 1/2 cup Almond milk
- Water

You wouldn’t even taste the cucumber, but you can definitely leave it out if your prefer 🙂
