Blueberries are like the healthiest fruit out there, add some avocado for healthy fats, greek yogurt for protein, and some basil leaves and you’ve got a delicious and nutrition-packed smoothie.
Blueberry Avocado Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
2 frozen strawberries
1/4 avocado
1 cup spinach
3 basil leaves
1/4 cup honey greek yogurt
1 cup almond milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp flaxseed meal
Directions:
Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!
Now avocado is not something i would have thought of to add to a smoothie. Great idea!

Have never though to add an avocado! We have ALL of these ingredients except the flaxseed… but will have to give it a whirl (no pun intended)!
